This is a reference for our commercial licence. Each Licence is customised to the client.
Reference
Anton Rehrl Photography retains all copyright and moral rights in each image supplied under the agreement and agrees to licence the use of the images for the media and usage requirements as outlined in the terms of this agreement.
This licence is not transferable and the images may not be passed-on or sold-on to any third party or parties without written permission from Anton Rehrl Photography

Base Usage Rights
Usage details and duration
Digital Use (i.e. web sites, dvd slideshows, electronic documents) - 1 Year / Perpetual Print up to A5 (i.e. brochures, mailouts, business cards) - 1 Year / Perpetual Print up to A4 (i.e. brochures, mailouts, posters) - 1 Year / Perpetual Print larger than A4 (i.e. brochures, posters, banners, signs) - 1 Year / Perpetual Digital Video (i.e. video, television, cinema) - 1 Year / Perpetual Print on a Publication Cover (i.e. book cover, CD / DVD cover) - 1 Year / Perpetual Corporate Use (i.e. logos, letterheads, corporate branding) - 5 Years / Perpetual Commercial Use (i.e. product label, product component) - 5 Years / Perpetual
Constraints
Constraints may apply on a project or images basis.
Territory
Worldwide. Australia and all territories. This is determined on a project by project basis
Exclusivity
Non-Exclusive / Exclusive usage rights are granted to the client under this agreement for the duration of this licence.
Please note: All staff that have access to the image file/s must be informed of these Usage Licence Terms. If relicensing is no longer required, images must not be used in any form, commercial or otherwise and all image file/s are to be deleted from hard drives, servers, storage devices and media.
Restrictions on Use
Except as provided herein, Licensee may not
Sublicense, sell, assign, convey or transfer any of its rights under this Agreement.
Sell, license or distribute its final product in such a way that permits Licensee's end users to extract or access the Images as a stand-alone file.
Incorporate the Images into a logo, trademark or service mark.
Distribute, post or upload the Image(s) online in a downloadable format.
Use any Image in a pornographic, defamatory, libellous or otherwise illegal manner, whether directly or in context or juxtaposition with other materials.
Indemnity
Licensee agrees to indemnify and hold Anton Rehrl Photography harmless against all claims arising out of or in connection with any breach of this Agreement.
Warranties
Anton Rehrl Photography MAKES NO WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, REGARDING, INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, ANY IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESSEffective as of 1st January 2016 FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. Anton Rehrl Photography SHALL NOT BE LIABLE TO LICENSEE OR ANY OTHER PERSON OR ENTITY FOR ANY GENERAL, PUNITIVE, SPECIAL, DIRECT, INDIRECT, CONSEQUENTIAL OR INCIDENTAL DAMAGES, OR LOST PROFITS OR ANY OTHER DAMAGES, COSTS OR LOSSES ARISING OUT OF LICENSEE'S USE OF THE IMAGES, OR OTHERWISE. Licensee may have additional rights under state law.
Serviceability
If one or more of the provisions contained in the Agreement is found to be invalid, illegal or unenforceable in any respect, the validity, legality and enforceability of the remaining provisions shall not be affected. Such provisions shall be reformed only to the extent to make it enforceable.
Waiver
No action of Anton Rehrl Photography, other than express written waiver, may be construed as a waiver of any provision of this Agreement.
Entire Contract
This contract contains all the terms of the license agreement and no terms or conditions may be added or deleted unless made in writing and signed by an authorised representative of both parties.
Photos/images not on this site
All photos produced by Anton Rehrl Photography and its subsidiaries, for profit, non profit or commissioned work, are also bound by the above copy protection. All rights are reserved and images may only be reproduced, edited, sold, exhibited or mashed-up with our express permission. No images (photos or graphic art) may be used to generate AI datasets or AI imagery without express written permission and compensation.
